Lots of difficulties

An Indonesian guy wanted fixing his missing teeth area by orthodontic treatment and bridges. The biggest problem was his bad plaque control. Using brackets and wires for the bracing will make the patient’s oral hygiene level worse, which may lead to another cavity and gum inflammation. Usually, an appointment for devices check is carried out every 4 weeks, however, in his case, it has to be every week in order to give professional cleaning. Whether the treatment is paid off or not depends on his cooperation and patience.
