How can I get out of boredom of cardio workout?

  1. Workout during watching TV program on the screen attached in a bike or running machine
  2. Workout during watching Anllela Sagra’s videos on Youtube
  3. Workout during watching a 30 minute’s motivational speech video you like on Youtube

No.1 makes me feel more bored. I tried No.2, but she deprived me of my concentration power for exercise. No.3 is the best way after all.
